This piece's purpose was to show a confusing perspective. I did this by making the guitar look like it's getting closer, but the hands remain the same sizes all the way down the guitar. I used color to contrast each hand and make them all stand out from each other. Pieces by Leonid Afremov utilize color to their best abilities. I'd like to try a piece that is as colorful as his, but it is his art that shows how important color is to a piece, and I consider color a very important part of this piece as well, since the color shows as though the hands are moving throughout the page themselves. I find that my art always had to have clean lines and shapes, and hat certainly shows in how I had to outline everything in this piece.
